About the Role
DIYguru is looking for a technically skilled and passionate EV Trainer to deliver classroom and hands-on practical training in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology. The role focuses on EV batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, electrical systems, charging technology, and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and hands-on EV training.
Conduct practical sessions on batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, charging systems, and diagnostics.
Develop lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical assignments.
Mentor students for technical interviews and industry opportunities.
Maintain EV lab equipment, tools, and training inventory.
Required Technical Skills
EV fundamentals, battery technology, and BMS.
Lithium-ion battery packs, cell balancing, testing, and troubleshooting.
BLDC/PMSM motors, controllers, Hall sensors, and wiring.
EV electrical systems and power electronics.
AC/DC charging systems, connectors, safety, and fault diagnosis.
Basic electrical testing and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CAN, OBD, and diagnostic tools is an advantage.
Eligibility & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant EV, automotive, technical training, service, or hands-on experience.
Practical exposure to EVs, battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, or charging systems.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
