EV Trainer

ABOUT THE ROLE
DIYguru is looking for a technically profi cient EV Trainer to lead classroom and hands-on practical training in electric vehicle technology across our training programs. The role will focus primarily on delivering practical EV training covering EV systems, batteries, motors, electrical systems, charging, and diagnostics.
We are looking for a trainer with strong EV knowledge, hands-on practical exposure, and a genuine interest in delivering EV practical training.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Deliver classroom and practical training on electric vehicle technologies.
● Run hands-on sessions covering EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, charging systems, diagnostics, and servicing.
● Build and improve training content, including lesson plans, training decks, assessments, and practical assignments.
● Conduct practical assessments and mentor learners for technical interviews and industry opportunities. coordinate with placement teams on outcomes.
● Maintain lab equipment, tools, and training inventory.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering or
a related technical discipline.
● 1+ year of relevant EV, automotive, technical training, service or hands-on experience.
● Strong hands-on EV experience, with practical exposure to EV systems and
components.
● Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Required Skills
● Strong EV knowledge and practical understanding.
● Clear communication and ability to simplify technical concepts.
● Hands-on, workshop-oriented approach with genuine interest in working with students.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
● Willingness to learn and develop expertise in new EV technologies.
