Business Development Executive (Marathi)

DIYguru Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Marathi speaking Business Development Intern / Executive for our M.Tech in Electric Vehicle Technology program, delivered in collaboration with Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU), Pune.
This is a campus-based counselling and admissions role. You will be the first point of contact for engineers and working professionals exploring a UGC-approved postgraduate degree in EV Technology. You will speak to them, understand where they are in their career, explain the program clearly, and take them from first enquiry to enrolment.
What you will do
Handle inbound enquiries over calls, WhatsApp and email in Marathi, Hindi and English
Counsel prospective students on program structure, eligibility, fees and career outcomes
Run follow-ups on your own pipeline and maintain clean records in the CRM
Coordinate campus walk-ins, counselling sessions and admission documentation
Support outreach to engineering colleges, workshops and industry events across Pune and Maharashtra
Report daily activity and conversion numbers to the sales lead
Who we are looking for
Fluent in Marathi, with working proficiency in Hindi and English
Clear, confident communicator who can hold a 20 minute counselling conversation without a script
Genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales, admissions or business development
Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics) strongly preferred
Comfortable working from the ADYPU campus in Pune, five to six days a week
0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
