Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LLM Model Developer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, and domain adaptation to develop and optimize AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Fine-tune LLMs using instruction fine-tuning and domain-specific data.
Optimize model performance, accuracy, and relevance.
Prepare and preprocess datasets for model training.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
Lead technical decisions, guide team members, and provide technical support.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience in instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
Knowledge of NLP and Transformer architectures.
Experience in data preprocessing and model evaluation.
Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
