About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed EPC company executing large-scale projects in India and the Gulf region. They are looking for skilled MEP BIM Modelers to develop detailed, construction-ready BIM models and drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D MEP BIM models in Revit as per project specifications, with LOD 400 for Gulf projects and LOD 300-400 for India projects
Prepare fabrication-level models, shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with Architecture, Structure and other MEP disciplines
Extract accurate BOQs and material take-offs from the models
Coordinate with design engineers, project managers and site teams on RFIs, design changes and revisions
Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards and client requirements
Maintain model quality, naming conventions and document control
Support design-to-construction handover on EPC projects
Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
Mandatory for Gulf positions: proven LOD 400 modeling experience
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in an EPC or contracting environment
Familiarity with Gulf project standards and codes (e.g., Civil Defense, local authority requirements)
Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
Knowledge of Dynamo or other automation tools
