Role: BIM Structural Manager
Location: Chennai / Project-Based
Experience Required: 10+ years in Structural BIM, reinforcement detailing, coordination, and team management
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering (BIM/Revit certification is a plus)
Core Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a structural BIM modeling and detailing team.
Oversee 3D reinforcement modeling, BBS preparation, and 2D drawing extraction.
Conduct technical audits and model reviews to eliminate clashes and constructability issues.
Drive multidisciplinary coordination with architectural, MEP, and client teams.
Standardize BIM templates, LOD frameworks, and delivery workflows across international projects.
Design Codes & Standards: Hands-on experience with international detailing codes—specifically UK/Europe (BS 8666, Eurocode 2), Australia/NZ (AS 3600, AS/NZS 4671), or DIN/SIA.
Software Toolkit:
Must-Have: Revit Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
