Senior Wireless Engineer – Deployment & Support

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Wireless Engineer for a 1-month contract to handle enterprise Wi-Fi deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and L2/L3 support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure enterprise WLAN, Cisco WLCs, access points, Meraki, and Aruba solutions.
- Perform wireless site surveys, RF assessments, coverage planning, and optimization.
- Configure SSIDs, VLANs, authentication, roaming, and security policies.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity, interference, authentication, DHCP, DNS, and performance issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Support wireless upgrades, migrations, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare network documentation, implementation reports, and handover records.
- Coordinate with network, security, and project teams to complete deliverables within the contract period.
Required Skills:
- Enterprise WLAN deployment and support.
- Cisco WLC, Cisco APs, Meraki, and Aruba.
- Wi-Fi 5/6/6E, RF troubleshooting, WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, and RADIUS.
- TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, DHCP, and DNS.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant networking or wireless certifications are preferred.
Contract Objective: Complete assigned wireless deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and handover activities within 1 month.
