HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
Utilize innovative sourcing methods, such as social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract diverse talent pools.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition, including track pipeline, risks, timelines, and next actions.
Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice, and ensure a consistent candidate experience through interview
Leverage social media platforms and other channels to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align employer branding efforts with overall corporate branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT positions.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of technical roles and skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies.
Familiarity with social media and online presence management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience organizing and participating in industry events and career fairs.
