Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in TriZetto Facets, Medicaid managed care, and end-to-end cross-platform testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience validating Mainframe/Java applications, ETL processes, and complex healthcare payer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of TriZetto Facets applications.
Validate Medicaid managed-care workflows, including member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims processing, and adjudication.
Test Mainframe/Java applications and cross-platform integrations.
Validate ETL processes, data mapping, data migration, and data reconciliation.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development and business teams.
Support release testing and ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare payer systems.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in software QA and testing.
Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets.
Knowledge of healthcare payer systems and Medicaid managed care.
Experience testing Mainframe/Java applications and ETL processes.
Strong understanding of end-to-end, integration, and regression testing.
