IMAGO Agency is a boutique creative marketing agency helping businesses build clear, memorable, and visually compelling brands through brand strategy, social media marketing and management, content creation, and graphic design. We work closely with a select group of clients internationally, bringing together creative consultants to meet each project’s needs.
About the role
We’re looking for a confident, personable, and organized Global Client Accounts Manager to lead initial client contact, conduct discovery calls, convert prospective interest into confirmed client engagements, and coordinate onboarding. Once clients are onboarded, you will assist the Creative Director with ongoing client relations.
Key responsibilities
• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, responding professionally to inquiries and introducing IMAGO’s services.
• Lead discovery calls to understand each client’s business, goals, creative needs, budget, and timelines.
• Convert prospective client interest into confirmed engagements by recommending suitable services and guiding clients through discovery, proposal follow-up, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, including gathering brand assets, project information, and relevant documents.
• Translate client conversations into clear briefs for the Director and creative team.
• Assist the Director with ongoing client communication, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and collecting feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records and track inquiries, proposals, onboarding progress, and agreed next steps.
• Identify and flag client concerns, requests, or changes requiring the Director’s attention.
• Communicate agreed project expectations and boundaries clearly, referring scope, pricing, or timeline changes to the Director for approval.
What we’re looking for
• Relevant experience in client relations, account management, marketing, brand strategy, creative consulting, or agency client services.
• Confidence independently leading discovery calls and presenting services to prospective clients.
• The ability to build trust, understand client needs, and turn inquiries into client engagements.
• Strong spoken and written English, with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Familiarity with branding, creative services, and digital marketing.
• Confidence discussing budgets, timelines, and project expectations professionally.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients from different backgrounds.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and project management tools.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Director and creative team.
Experience working with US, Africa and Asia-Pacific clients or markets is an advantage. Candidates worldwide are welcome to apply, with a strong preference for those based in the Asia-Pacific region.
Engagement and compensation
This is a project-based consultancy, with assignments offered according to client needs and project availability. As a boutique agency, we work with a small group of clients, so work may vary and is not guaranteed to be continuous.
