A leading consumer products company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a high-visibility ProductLifecycle Management
(PLM) Data Transformation initiative. This role will help improve product data quality, modernize product hierarchy structures, and establish a foundation for
future digital and AI-enabled business capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in ambiguous environments, building new processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive meaningful business transformation.

PLM experience - Direct experience supporting product creation, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, or product lifecycle management processes, Understanding of how products move from concept to market, Ability to quickly learn and navigate specialized business domains
Product Discovery - Ability to challenge solution requests and uncover root business problems, Uses customer research, stakeholder interviews, and data to validate needs before building, Demonstrates strong product thinking and can articulate why they chose to build (or not build) something.
Comfortable with ambiguity /transformation- Proven success operating in environments that are being built,
transformed, or modernized, Comfortable defining process, creating structure, and driving adoption where clear requirements don't exist
Stakeholder alignment: Experience building roadmaps from competing business priorities rather than simply managing a backlog, strong influence skills across multiple stakeholder groups, Ability to make tradeoff decisions and communicate prioritization rationale
**Retail / consumer products backgrounds are highly preferred**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
