Eligibility & Professional Experience Criteria :
Driving monthly and quarterly state-level collection and recovery targets.
Monitoring portfolio health, controlling collection cost ratios, and driving repossession, legal & settlement remedies.
Ensuring complete compliance with company policies, statutory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Total Work Experience: 7 to 10+ years in retail banking or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) loan collections.
Segment-Specific Leadership: Minimum 5+ years managing multi-bucket collections (Soft, Hard, and Write-Off/NPA buckets) specifically within the 2W, 3W, or Tractor/Commercial Vehicle financing sectors.
Geographical Exposure: Proven track record of managing an extensive branch network (e.g., 50+ locations) and a sizeable portfolio.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a baseline requirement; an MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Management is highly preferred.
