Associate, Web Designer

Daily tasks include creating and updating website layouts, designing graphics and visual assets, ensuring responsive web design for multiple devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing and communication initiatives. The role involves working closely with content and marketing partners to translate requirements into effective digital designs, implementing front-end changes, and optimizing user experience. The Associate, Web Designer will also assist in maintaining design consistency across platforms, adhering to accessibility and usability best practices, and supporting ongoing improvements to the company’s online presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create modern, user-centered interfaces across devices.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to develop high-quality visual assets, icons, and imagery.
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development to implement and refine web designs using standard web technologies.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar) is beneficial.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and commitment to accessibility and usability best practices.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
