Graphic & Web Designer

The Graphic & Web Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital channels, including websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include designing user-friendly web layouts, producing graphics and illustrations, optimizing images for performance, and ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into clear visual concepts, supporting front-end implementation, and maintaining consistency in design standards. The designer will also assist in updating existing digital assets, conducting basic usability reviews, and preparing files for development and publication.
Qualifications
Strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create modern, user-centered interfaces across desktop and mobile devices.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating digital Graphics for web, social media, and marketing collateral.
Basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript) to support implementation of web designs.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar) and good understanding of UX/UI principles.
Ability to interpret technical and clinical project requirements into clear, professional visual communication.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and capability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional global teams.
