🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – EPM
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – EPM to join our client's team! If you have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Financials, we’d love to connect with you.
📌 Position: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – EPM
💼 Experience: 8–12 Years
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
🌎 Work Timings: Flexibility to overlap with US business hours as required
🔑 Key Skills Required
6+ years of experience with Oracle Financials: Cloud / EBS
3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
Finance processes: FP&A, Financial Close & Intercompany Transactions
Financial data integration and reconciliation between ERP and EPM
Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), OTBI / BI Publisher
Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT and implementation support
💼 Key Responsibilities
Configure Oracle EPM modules based on business requirements.
Gather and analyze financial planning, consolidation and reporting requirements.
Support ERP–EPM integrations, data mapping, testing and reconciliation.
Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs and FSDs.
Drive UAT, user training, go-live readiness and post-production support.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS and SOX requirements.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) implementation experience
Oracle EPM or Cloud Financials certifications
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi or Informatica
