Organizational Development Manager

Role Description This is a part-time remote Owner role at ACTIVE Gestion. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, sets priorities, and makes key decisions to ensure sustainable growth and client satisfaction. Typical responsibilities include defining service offerings, managing client relationships, and monitoring financial performance such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. The role involves coordinating with collaborators or vendors, supervising key projects, and implementing operational processes and tools to improve efficiency. The Owner also reviews performance metrics, identifies new market opportunities, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management, with the ability to define and execute strategic plans.
Strong skills in financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in project and operations management, including setting priorities, organizing workflows, and managing timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, make data-informed decisions, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote collaboration, productivity, and basic business administration.
Relevant experience in the services or consulting sector is an asset; prior experience with small or medium-sized businesses is beneficial.
Formal education in business, management, finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
