Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping customer orders.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Attend to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Perform other activities related to lighting sales & operations support
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
Strong time management skills.
Pleasant attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn and be trained.
Bonus: Experience in logistics and procurement.

Working Schedule (UAE Time)
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Sunday: Off
Total Working Hours: 48 hours/week
Salary Range
💰 $500 - $900 USD (based on experience and skills)
