Your Mission
- Create 2D animations for characters, objects, environments, and visual elements.
- Animate movements such as walking, running, jumping, attacking, idle actions, and character interactions.
- Develop expressive character poses, facial expressions, and motion sequences.
- Work with keyframes, timing, spacing, and smooth transitions.
- Create sprite sheets and animation assets for game implementation.
- Follow animation references, storyboards, and art direction.
- Collaborate with 2D artists, game designers, and developers to meet project requirements.
- Refine animations based on feedback and playtesting.
- Maintain consistency in animation style, quality, and character movement.
- Organize animation files and export assets in formats suitable for game engines.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has basic knowledge of 2D animation principles.
- Is familiar with tools such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Krita, or similar software.
- Understands keyframes, timing, spacing, squash and stretch, anticipation, and follow-through.
- Has a good sense of movement, posing, and visual storytelling.
- Can create expressive and appealing character animations.
- Understands basic drawing, anatomy, proportions, and character consistency.
- Is creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
- Can manage tasks independently and collaborate with a remote team.
- Is passionate about animation, games, and visual storytelling.

It'll Be Awesome If You Also Have
- Experience with Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Spine 2D, or OpenToonz.
- Familiarity with sprite-sheet animation and frame-by-frame workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine animation pipelines.
- Experience creating game-ready character animations.
- Understanding of storyboarding and animatics.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Clip Studio Paint.
- Experience with rig-based animation or cutout animation.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your animation skills.
