Qualifications
Proven experience in retail or Individaul Loan Secures and Unsecured sales, preferably in loans or other financial products.
Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and sales planning.
Ability to build customer relationships, understand local markets, and identify growth opportunities.
Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for sales tracking, customer onboarding, and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Knowledge of regulatory norms and compliance related to lending and financial services.
Willingness to work on-site in Lakhisarai and conduct regular field visits as required.
Experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to inclusive, ethical business practices.
