Quick Commerce Manager

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to own and scale our presence on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, etc.).
This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and execution, driving GMV, availability, visibility, and profitability across Q-commerce channels while ensuring
seamless coordination with platform teams, HM supply teams, and channel partners for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform s Account Management
· Own end-to-end performance across quick commerce platforms
· Manage platform accounts, business planning, and overall account health
· Act as the primary point of contact with platform category, ops, and growth teams
· Manage onboarding, expansion, and day-to-day execution across dark stores
· Ensure appointments and review meetings with HM teams and channel teams are scheduled and completed on time
· Coordinate closely with HM supply teams to ensure appointment dates are planned and executed on an ASAP basis
· Prepare and maintain account-wise business reports and PCL reports for management review
2. Growth s Revenue
· Drive GMV growth through assortment expansion, pricing, and visibility levers
· Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, app placements, and promos
· Optimize ROAS and contribution margin for Q-commerce channels
· Monitor account-level profitability and performance metrics
3. Assortment s Availability
· Decide ideal Q-commerce assortment by city / dark store
· Ensure high fill rates, in-stock %, and low cancellation rates
· Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand
· Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes happen on time to avoid operational delays
· Monitor stock levels proactively and maintain healthy inventory availability across all dark stores
· Ensure minimal to zero RTV (Return to Vendor) through efficient stock planning and execution
4. Pricing s Promotions
· Manage platform pricing, discounts, and funding negotiations
· Track promo performance and optimize for scale vs profitability
· Monitor competitor pricing and platform benchmarks
5. Operations s Execution
· Solve operational issues impacting SLA, delivery time, or customer experience
· Track and improve key metrics: fill rate, OSA, cancellation %, refund %, ratings
· Ensure compliance with platform SOPs and service levels
· Drive strong coordination between operations, warehouse, supply chain, and platform teams for smooth execution
6. Data s Reporting
· Own weekly/monthly business reviews with platforms
· Analyze cohort-level and city-level performance
· Identify insights and growth opportunities from platform data
· Prepare MIS, account performance dashboards, and monthly PCL reports
· Track revenue, margins, investments, claims, and profitability across accounts
