About the Role
1. Engagement Manager – Workday Practice (Offshore, any location)
Role snapshot
Location: India (offshore, working with onshore/global clients)
Experience: 16+ years overall, with a significant share managing full-lifecycle Workday (or comparable large ERP/HR tech) engagements
Certification: Current Workday EM (Engagement/Program Management) Pro certification and Workday HCM Pro certification are mandatory; PMP or Agile certification (CSM/SAFe) is desirable
2. Functional Solution Architect – Workday (Offshore, any location)
Role snapshot
Location: India (offshore, working with onshore/global clients)
Experience: 16+ years overall, with broad hands-on experience across multiple Workday HCM-suite modules (not just one)
Certification: Current Workday certification in HCM is mandatory; certifications in two or more of Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent, Payroll, or Benefits are a strong plus
3. Technical Solution Architect – Workday (Offshore, any location)
Role snapshot
Location: India (offshore, working with onshore/global clients)
Experience: 16+ years overall, with a significant share operating at architecture-owner level across multiple concurrent Workday programs (not just within a single engagement)
Certification: Current Workday certification in Integrations is mandatory; additional certifications (Extend, Studio) are a strong plus
4. Technical Program/Project Manager – Workday Practice (Offshore, any location)
Role snapshot
Location: India (offshore, working with onshore/global clients)
Experience: 14+ years overall, with a significant share running program/project management for Workday (or comparable large ERP/HR tech) implementations
Certification: Workday certification not required; PMP and/or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a strong plus
