Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facilities operations, workplace services, maintenance activities, and building support functions.
Manage vendors, contractors, service agreements, and facility-related budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, building standards, and environmental requirements.
Develop preventive maintenance plans and coordinate repairs to minimize disruptions and operational risks.
Monitor service performance, resolve facility issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to enhance employee experience, space utilization, and workplace efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in facilities operations, workplace services, property management, or building operations.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, and workplace safety compliance.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, service providers, and operational challenges effectively.
Experience with facilities management systems, sustainability initiatives, or workplace optimization is an advantage.
