IT Systems Administrator

Role Description The Owner role at iHR Active is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing the consultancy’s strategic direction, service delivery, and business growth. Day-to-day tasks include shaping and refining the business strategy, maintaining and developing client relationships, and guiding the design and implementation of human capital and performance solutions. The role involves supervising project work, ensuring quality and consistency across engagements, and supporting leadership development initiatives informed by Enneagram-based assessments and other tools. The Owner will also manage key partnerships, oversee financial performance and resource allocation at a high level, and provide thought leadership through content, advisory sessions, and client-facing workshops as needed.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in human capital consulting, organizational development, or a related field, with the ability to design and oversee performance and talent solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and business management capabilities, including experience with business planning, governance structures, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Proficiency in leadership development and coaching methodologies; prior exposure to or certification in Enneagram or similar psychological frameworks is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with SME and growth-stage organizations.
Comfort operating in a remote, part-time leadership capacity, including self-management, digital collaboration, and accountability for outcomes.
Background in HR, psychology, business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in consulting, coaching, or organizational development are an advantage.
