CII Model Career Centre (CII MCC) focuses on enhancing youth employability through career guidance, skill development, industry-linked training and employment opportunities, including CSR-funded skilling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end execution of CSR and skill development projects across assigned locations.
· Coordinate student mobilization, enrolment, attendance, training schedules and stakeholder engagement.
· Ensure student welfare, including accommodation, food, transportation and other project-related requirements.
· Coordinate with students, trainers, institutions, employers and CSR partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
· Conduct field visits, monitor project progress and maintain MIS, documentation and regular reports.
· Ensure timely completion of project activities in line with agreed targets and deliverables.
Desired Profile:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, mobilization or field operations.
· Experience in NGO operations, CSR projects or skill development programme execution will be an added advantage.
· Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively and manage projects independently across multiple locations.
Project Locations: Chennai, Sriperumbudur, Bangalore and other locations across Tamil Nadu, as required.
