Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, Quality Analyst role based in Kochi/Chandigarh/Mumbai.
The Quality Analyst will review and test payment platform features, workflows, and integrations to ensure they meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include preparing and executing test plans, documenting defects, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams, and supporting root-cause analysis for production issues.
The role involves monitoring key quality metrics, validating fixes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring consistent customer experience across channels. The Quality Analyst will also help refine quality processes and support compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Experience required 3-5 years in software testing field.
Locations : Kochi/Mumbai/Chandigarh
Job Type: Full Time, On site.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English (We mean it), and Hindi language will be an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to design test cases, validate functionality, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to support process improvements, maintain documentation, and contribute to quality frameworks.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, report findings clearly, and provide constructive feedback.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience with software testing methodologies, payment or fintech systems, and defect tracking tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail is preferred.
Knowledge in API testing is a must.
Knowledge in automation testing is an advantage. (Doing an online course but no practical experience will not be considered)
Knowledge and experience in working on Web as well as Mobile platforms is an added advantage
