Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect – Netskope to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade Zero Trust security solutions using the Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in network security, cloud security, secure web gateways, and private access solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Zero Trust access security solutions using the Netskope technology platform.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) components, including:
Next-Generation Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)
Netskope Private Access (NPA)
Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
Digital Experience Management (DEM)
Build, test, and implement secure network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
Gather technical and business requirements and develop scalable, enterprise-level security architectures.
Create, configure, and maintain proxy policies, including URL filtering, malware protection, and file access controls.
Administer and maintain Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files and related services based on application requirements.
Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and secure access issues, providing technical leadership during high-priority incidents and outage bridges.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues and stay updated on product roadmaps, features, and security enhancements.
Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, as-built diagrams, and network architecture documents.
Ensure solutions align with current security standards, authentication protocols, and enterprise security best practices.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with the Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) platform.
Expertise in NG SWG, NPA, CASB, and DEM.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), cloud security, proxy technologies, and network security.
Experience designing and implementing security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
Knowledge of proxy policy configuration, URL filtering, malware protection, file controls, and PAC files.
Strong troubleshooting skills in network access, connectivity, and security-related incidents.
Excellent technical leadership, solution design, and documentation skills.
