Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect
Location: Gurugram, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai(Hybrid)
Experience: 8+-10 Years
Job Type: FTE
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Salesforce development and technical design initiatives.
Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Experience Cloud.
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
Ensure scalability, security, code quality, and best practices.
Drive CI/CD, deployments, and release management.
Mentor developers and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and large data volumes.
Experience with APIs, integrations, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD.
Proven leadership experience in delivering complex Salesforce projects.
Preferred:Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect, or System Architect.
Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Agile/SAFe environments.
