📌 Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
Dial4Web is looking for an experienced, result-oriented SEO professional who has strong practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
We need someone who can independently manage SEO activities, identify website issues through manual audits, improve keyword rankings, resolve indexing problems, and demonstrate measurable results through Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO
Keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
Optimisation of website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
SEO optimisation for service pages, product pages, landing pages, and blogs.
2. Off-Page SEO
Build relevant, high-quality backlinks through guest posting, business listings, and other ethical link-building methods.
Conduct backlink analysis and competitor backlink research.
Identify and remove or disavow harmful links where appropriate.
3. Technical SEO & Manual Website Audits
Conduct manual SEO audits and technical audits using Screaming Frog.
Resolve indexing, crawling, canonical, redirect, duplicate content, and sitemap issues.
Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals recommendations.
4. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Optimise content for AI-powered search and answer engines.
Work on FAQs, structured data, clear answer-focused content, and entity optimisation.
Understand how to improve content visibility across AI-driven search experiences.
5. SEO Performance & Reporting
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Track keyword rankings, organic clicks, impressions, traffic, indexing, and lead performance.
Prepare SEO reports and implement strategies based on actual performance data.
6. Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP)
Optimise Google Business Profiles, business information, services, posts, and local SEO signals.
Improve local search visibility and support lead generation through Google Business Profile.

Candidates must have practical working experience with:

✅ Proven experience in improving keyword rankings and delivering measurable SEO results
🎯 Who Should Apply?
Candidates with 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Professionals who can independently handle SEO projects from audit to execution.
Candidates who can demonstrate ranking improvements and actual SEO results.
Applicants with agency experience and experience managing multiple client websites will be preferred.
Knowledge of B2B, manufacturing, industrial, e-commerce, and service-based websites is an advantage.
Important: This is an office-based position in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Only candidates currently residing in Delhi NCR should apply. Candidates must be comfortable working from our Delhi office.
