Role Description
We are seeking a full-time BIM Architect. The role involves the creation, management, and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects, ensuring precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include working on design models, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues, and ensuring compliance with sustainability and design standards during project execution. The BIM Architect will play a critical role in optimizing processes and delivering high-quality outcomes for infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong skills in architecture, design modeling, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of green building certifications, environmental clearances, and sustainability frameworks.
Ability to collaborate with teams for project coordination and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience with real estate or infrastructure projects is a plus.
