Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month depending on skills and experience. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging written and visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks may include brainstorming content ideas, drafting posts, creating short-form videos or graphics with basic tools, and adapting content to align with brand guidelines and audience needs. The role involves collaborating with the HR and marketing teams to support campaigns, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and consistent. The Content Creator is expected to manage timelines, respond to feedback, and continuously improve content quality based on performance insights.
