Account Executive

Role Description:
* Manage day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor reconciliations
* Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies
* Manage GST-related accounting and reconciliations
* Maintain accounts and transactions in Tally/Tally Prime
* Prepare MIS and financial reports using MS Excel
* Perform ledger and account reconciliations
* Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements
Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or pet care.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and work toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using basic CRM tools or sales tracking systems, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling customer orders accurately.
Interest in or familiarity with pet products and pet care trends; willingness to learn about new product lines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
This hiring is open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Salary Range: 20k - 30k
