Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective leads through inbound inquiry follow-ups, cold calling, and online outreach.
Sales Presentations & Pitching: Conduct consultations to explain product/service offerings, understand client needs, and pitch tailored solutions.
Deal Closure & Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, negotiate key terms, handle objections, and convert prospects into active clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong initial rapport with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development (EdTech or Service-based sales preferred).
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Mindset: Highly target-driven, resilient, proactive, and result-oriented.
