Branch Manager - Prime Home Loans

Develop and generate business for assigned areas for Prime Home loans.
Train & guide the team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters.
Monitor & track team performance.
Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping.
Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre/post disbursement.
Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio.
Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to set targets.
Abreast with the competitor’s practices and market activities/preferences and recommend future strategies.
Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned areas.
Customer service Attending to customer enquiries/grievances on a timely basis.
