Designation: Maintenance Technician
Department: Maintenance
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Work Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
🔧 Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and other machine shop equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in machines.
Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance activities.
Identify the root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure smooth machine operations.
Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and maintenance standards.
🎯 Required Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Experience in troubleshooting and machine breakdown handling.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Ability to identify faults and resolve technical issues.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
