Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at J.J.INDUSTRIES is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Electrical Engineer will design and develop electrical systems and layouts for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes and technical standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing schematics, coordinating power distribution plans, performing load calculations, and supporting installation and commissioning activities. The role involves diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, collaborating with project managers and technicians, preparing technical documentation, and participating in inspections and quality checks. The Electrical Engineer will also work with vendors and clients as needed to clarify specifications and support project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles and applications.
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and the ability to create and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, including planning and configuring distribution systems for industrial and commercial environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including analysis, load calculations, and system protection and reliability.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Proficiency with electrical design and drafting software and basic office productivity tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
Prior experience in industrial or commercial electrical projects in or around Ahmedabad is an advantage.
