Senior Project Architect

Role Description
The Senior Project Architect will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, coordinating design development, detailing, and GFC . This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves collaborating closely with various clients, guiding project teams, reviewing and refining design solutions, and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of deliverables. The Senior Project Architect will oversee submittals, manage project schedules and resources, and maintain alignment with client standards and performance expectations. Daily responsibilities include mentoring junior architects, resolving design and coordination issues, integrating sustainability considerations, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, detailing, and technical documentation.
Experience managing Submittals and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture .
3-4 years of experience working on large scale projects.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor, guide teams, and uphold quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions.
