We seek an experienced, dynamic, target-oriented and technology-aware admissions leader to drive enrolments, with a primary focus on B.Tech admissions.
Admission Portfolio
· B.Tech: 1,000 seats
· BBA, BCA & B.Com (Hons.): 600 seats collectively
Key Responsibilities
· Own admission targets from planning through confirmed enrolment, with clear monthly milestones and accountability.
· Build, lead and monitor a high-performing team of admission managers, counsellors, telecallers and outreach executives.
· Develop strong school, coaching centre and channel partner networks across priority markets.
· Drive digital lead generation, campus visits, counselling and conversions in coordination with the marketing team.
· Use CRM systems, automation, AI tools and dashboards to track leads, improve follow-ups and strengthen conversion rates.
· Manage admission budgets, acquisition costs and daily performance reviews while ensuring accurate student communication.
Candidate Profile
Proven leadership experience in higher education admissions, particularly B.Tech, with a demonstrated record of achieving substantial enrolment targets. Strong team management, market knowledge, channel relationships and hands-on understanding of digital admission systems are essential.
This is a target-driven leadership role with direct accountability for admission outcomes.
