Job Description
STAY is seeking an experienced Host Acquisition Specialist to drive property supply growth, acquire new hosts, and establish strategic partnerships with property management companies and hospitality operators.
Candidates must have prior experience in short-term rental platforms, host acquisition, or property supply growth, with a proven ability to develop scalable acquisition strategies and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Host Acquisition & Supply Growth
Identify and acquire new hosts and short-term rental properties.
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate property supply growth.
Build scalable and sustainable host acquisition channels.
Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and locations.
Host Activation & Engagement
Follow up with registered hosts to complete property onboarding.
Support hosts in successfully listing their properties.
Identify onboarding challenges and collaborate with internal teams to improve the process.
Partnerships & Business Development
Establish strategic partnerships with property management companies and hospitality operators.
Develop and optimize host referral programs.
Negotiate agreements and maintain long-term business relationships.
Growth Strategy & Performance
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and acquisition opportunities.
Track acquisition performance and continuously improve results.
Develop systems and processes to increase acquisition efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in host acquisition, business development, or supply growth within short-term rental or hospitality booking platforms.
Strong understanding of the Saudi short-term rental and hospitality market.
Demonstrated success in scaling property supply through acquisition strategies and partnerships.
Proven track record of achieving measurable acquisition targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
