SAP Kinaxis Solution Architect / Senior Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years Kinaxis – 4+ years.
Location: Bangalore only.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Kinaxis Enterprise solution with 5+ years of IT and Supply Chain Planning experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro, SAP ERP/S4HANA integration, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, and end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead solution design, client engagements, global implementations, and drive business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementation and transformation programs.
Design scalable supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into solution designs.
Drive Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processes.
Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Define data models, planning hierarchies, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
Lead workshops, solution architecture reviews, and governance meetings.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
Support data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Identify business process improvements and recommend best practices.
Required Skills
9+ years of overall IT/Supply Chain experience.
5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro experience.
Strong knowledge of:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Inventory Planning
Capacity Planning
S&OP / IBP
Order Fulfillment
Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
Strong understanding of supply chain data models and planning workflows.
Experience in large-scale global implementation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
SAP IBP, APO, PP, MM, SD exposure.
Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud-based integrations.
Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or consumer goods industries.
Kinaxis Certifications preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
