Architectural Draftsperson (ArchiCAD + AutoCAD)

HIRING: Architectural Draftsperson (ArchiCAD + AutoCAD) | Remote – Philippines
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to support an Australian architect on residential projects in NSW, Sydney.
What you’ll do
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans and details in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD
Prepare drawing sets for DAs (Development Applications) and other approval stages
Run site and planning checks: FSR, GFA, setbacks, height, landscaped area
Build 3D models in SketchUp and renders in Enscape, D5 or similar
Keep drawings, files and revisions organised and on schedule
What we’re looking for
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting or a related field
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD (required)
Working knowledge of SketchUp; rendering software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and good English communication
Able to work independently in a remote setup
Bonus: experience with Australian residential projects, DA packages, the NCC (National Construction Code) or NSW planning controls
