We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Head to increase online sales and profitability across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets across D2C websites and marketplaces.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, online launches and marketplace expansion.
Improve website conversion, average order value and repeat purchases.
Work with marketing teams to optimise advertising, customer acquisition costs and campaign returns.
Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and customer service to reduce stockouts, cancellations and returns.
Lead the e-commerce team and agencies, manage budgets and report channel-wise sales and profitability.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record of growing D2C and marketplace sales, with direct ownership of revenue targets.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce and major marketplace platforms.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer retention and business analytics.
Experience managing teams, budgets and e-commerce profitability.
Background in Ayurveda, wellness, FMCG, nutraceuticals, personal care or consumer healthcare preferred.
