Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
Lead in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Contact candidates to explain job openings and check their suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals.
Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Qualification: Graduate in HR, MBA HR, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years.
