Bhanzu is expanding its Renewals team! We’re looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join us as Business Development Associates – Renewals and work with customers across India.

📌 Requirements
• 🎓 Graduation is mandatory
• 🌱 Freshers are welcome to apply
• 💼 Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
• 🗣️ Strong English communication skills are mandatory
• 🤝 Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• 💻 A personal laptop is mandatory
• 📶 Stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup required
• ⏰ Comfortable with the required shift timings
• 🎯 Willingness to work towards sales and renewal targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
• Understand customer requirements and address concerns
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Follow up with customers and close renewal deals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned renewal targets
