We're looking for a Manager – Performance Marketing & D2C Growth to lead growth initiatives across 100+ consumer and D2C brands.
This is an opportunity to work across multiple brands, collaborate directly with founders, and take ownership of business performance rather than managing campaigns for just one brand.
🔹 What You'll Do:
Develop and execute performance marketing and growth strategies across multiple brands.
Independently manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Track and improve key metrics, including CAC, MER, ROAS, revenue, and profitability.
Drive experimentation through A/B testing, audience research, and campaign optimization.
Work closely with founders, brand teams, and external agencies.
Build growth frameworks, performance dashboards, and regular review systems.
Translate campaign data into actionable strategies for sustainable business growth.
🔹 Who We're Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign tracking, and analytics.
A solid understanding of D2C business models and growth metrics.
The ability to manage multiple brands and make data-driven decisions.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue and profitability.
