Enterprise Applications Manager

Role Description This part-time remote Enterprise Applications Manager role is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s enterprise systems, with a primary focus on ERP and related business applications. The Enterprise Applications Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure systems effectively support wholesale and retail operations. Daily tasks include managing application configurations, monitoring system performance, coordinating enhancements and updates, and resolving application-related issues in partnership with IT and external vendors. The role also involves leading small-scale projects for system improvements, documenting application changes, and providing user support and training to promote effective adoption of enterprise tools. The Enterprise Applications Manager will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that technology solutions remain aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot system issues, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess solid Information Technology skills, including familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and system integrations.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge, with the ability to map workflows and align system functionality to operational needs.
Candidates should possess experience in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and execute application-related initiatives and enhancements.
Candidates should possess expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including configuration, user support, and vendor collaboration.
Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Relevant experience in wholesale and retail environments, along with familiarity with Arabic and English business communication, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
