Senior manager- Solar engineering ( Upto 6LPA)

Role Description The Senior Manager – Solar Engineering will lead the planning, design, and implementation of solar energy projects that support Organo Mart’s operations and sustainability goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur includes overseeing feasibility studies, system design, equipment selection, and installation supervision for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. The individual will coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities also include performance monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization of existing systems, and preparation of technical reports and documentation. The Senior Manager will mentor engineering team members, contribute to energy efficiency initiatives, and support long-term renewable energy strategy.
Qualifications
Strong background in solar engineering, including system design, sizing, and layout for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations.
Experience with solar project management, covering planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision.
Proficiency in solar design and analysis tools (e.g., PV design software, CAD tools) and familiarity with relevant electrical and structural standards.
Knowledge of safety regulations
