Senior project manager- solar EPC

Role Description The Senior Project Manager – Solar EPC will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar EPC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with technical and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across multiple internal teams and external vendors. The role includes managing project schedules, overseeing logistics for equipment and materials, supervising inspections and quality control, and resolving issues that could delay project progress. The Senior Project Manager will also monitor financial performance, prepare project reports, support compliance with relevant regulations, and provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Background in Inspection and quality control for solar EPC or related engineering projects.
Proficiency in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and site material handling.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Proven experience managing large-scale solar EPC or infrastructure projects in an on-site environment.
Knowledge of solar technologies, EPC processes, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work full time on-site in Jaipur and travel to project locations as required.
