Role Overview
BIE is looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and relationship-driven professional to manage collaborations with universities and colleges while supporting student counselling and admissions during the designated four-month admission cycle. The role will primarily focus on establishing strategic partnerships with universities and colleges, developing academic collaboration opportunities, and strengthening BIE's institutional network. During the four-month admission period, the candidate will additionally be responsible for counselling prospective students, following up on enquiries, guiding applicants through the admission process, and achieving admission targets.
CTC - 60k to 45k - net plus incentives
Location - Thane
Role - Student Counselling plus college collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage collaborations with universities and colleges.
Build relationships with principals, directors, deans, HODs, and other academic stakeholders.
Identify new institutional partnership opportunities for BIE.
Prepare collaboration proposals and facilitate MoUs with universities and colleges.
Conduct institutional meetings and promote BIE’s academic programs and initiatives.
Maintain a database of prospective institutions, partnerships, and follow-ups.
Handle student counselling and admission enquiries during the four-month admission cycle.
Guide prospective students regarding programs, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Follow up with applicants, coordinate admission formalities, and achieve admission targets.
Prepare regular reports on institutional collaborations, student enquiries, and admission conversions.
