Enterprise Architect / Digital Strategy Advisor

You will advise an intergovernmental organisation in the Pacific on digital, data and ICT strategy and enterprise architecture. The client is about 940 staff across 5 countries, with core infrastructure in New Caledonia and Fiji.
Responsibilities
Develop and refresh digital, data and ICT strategies, roadmaps and investment plans.
Run enterprise architecture reviews across business, data, application and technology domains.
Assess technical debt, dependencies and interoperability; produce target architectures and roadmaps.
Advise on governance frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT) and responsible AI adoption.
Present options and recommendations to senior leadership; decisions stay with the client.
Must have
5+ years as enterprise architect; delivered at least one strategy or roadmap end to end.
Working knowledge of TOGAF or an equivalent framework; COBIT or ITIL exposure.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure-centred organisations.
Strong written English for board-level documents.
Nice to have
TOGAF certification; public sector, NGO or international organisation clients.
AI governance or Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption experience; French.
