You will design user journeys, service blueprints and interfaces for internal portals, forms and business applications.
Responsibilities
Create personas, user journeys and service blueprints.
Design wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes; run usability tests.
Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and design for low-bandwidth users.
Work with developers through build and handover.
Must have
3+ years in UX/UI or service design with a portfolio.
Figma (or equivalent) prototyping.
Usability testing experience, including remote testing.
WCAG accessibility knowledge.
Nice to have
Power Apps or SharePoint interface design; bilingual (English/French) interfaces.
